I love walking dogs for my clients and my family. I do drop-ins for pets and take care of their needs. I spend at least a half hour to an hour with them. As for my own cats, they’re spoiled! Lots of love and treats, and so many toys.

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or behaviors that I may need to be aware of. I want to provide the best quality care for them. For walks, I prefer dogs up to about max 60 lbs. as I can’t always keep up with the big pups. I want to make sure I can keep them safe!
A typical day
I love taking dogs on long walks through parks and neighborhoods. I give them lots of undivided attention and we have tons of play time. I enjoy dropping in to see cats, playing with them and making sure their necessities (food, water, litter box) are taken care of.

Hi! I’m Amy. I’ve been off and on Rover for a few summers petsitting, and I’m looking to get back into it! I had an amazing last summer looking after peoples’ sweet pets, including drop-ins and dog walking, and I’m excited to do it again. My availability is after 3:30pm on weekdays and typically all day on weekends unless I’m out of town, which I’ll keep up to date on my calendar. I’m happy to care for your furbabies! I am a huge pet lover, and I have years' worth of experience petsitting. I have two cats of my own: Toby, a 15-year-old tuxedo, and Sammy, a 9-year-old Siamese. I also mostly have experience taking care of small to medium dogs in my family, including corgis, Chihuahuas, a Maltese and a terrier mix. On Rover and for friends, I’ve cared for many different dogs, cats, and even a bunny and tortoise!

This was the first time I’ve used Rover. I got to meet Amy before hand and introduce her our 3 weens. She checked on them multiple times over Fourth of July weekend and sent photos. Pricing was very reasonable and we came home to happy pups. I would definitely use Amy’s services again.
