I currently work on a farm which gives me a flexible schedule, I work early in the morning and some time in the afternoon. Therefore, I am available to care for pets throughout the morning and in the evenings during the week and at weekends.

A typical day
During your dog's stay with me, I will focus on keeping them both physically and mentally stimulated. I enjoy continuing their training, encouraging them to work for treats, and engaging them in fun games. They’ll also get plenty of exercise with enjoyable walks. Once they've burned off some energy, I enjoy the quiet moments spent relaxing on the sofa with them.

Pet care experience
I am a graduate in veterinary science with a love for all animals. I currently work on a farm and sometimes at an emergency vet practice. I've been caring for animals since I was young, starting with our beloved family dog. I personally toilet-trained and skill trained our cocker spaniel from 8 weeks old and continue to work with him as he grows into adulthood. I love teaching dogs new tricks, playing interactive games, watching them enjoy the freedom of sniffing on walks, and relaxing with them on the sofa for some cosy downtime.

Amy looked after our Labrador Karma for the night while we attended a wedding and she was amazing with her. I was really nervous about leaving her because we’ve barely spent a day apart since we got her but Amy totally put my mind at ease. We got regular updates on her and how she was doing and she has clearly had so much fun she has just slept for the rest of the day since we picked her up. Honestly we can’t thank Amy enough for everything she has done looking after our girl!
Amy was great with out puppy collie. Nova had a whale of a time it seems and was thoroughly wiped out by the time we picked her back up which was a godsend since shes quite a handful at the best of times! Would definitely recommend Amy and cant thank her enough for helping us out at short notice!
