Hi, I’m Amy! I’m 35 and have been a dog lover all my life. I’ve been trusted by friends to care for their pets, and I’d love to welcome a few more furry friends. Every dog is different, and I always try to match their routine and personality, whether that’s sniffy walks, playful games, quiet companionship, or just a bit of fuss when they want it. Your dog will get my full attention, as I love caring for pups, keeping to the routines that matter most, and helping them feel happy and settled. I grew up with a family dog, but I don’t currently have one of my own. One day I’d love to, but for now I’m enjoying spending the time I have giving care and affection to the dogs I look after. My home setup: • Secure private garden for safe playtime and extra fresh air on top of walks • Calm, child-free, non-smoking environment • My own car for easy transport (e.g. pick-ups, drop offs and vet visits if ever needed) • A relaxed, homely setting where your pup will be treated like family Walks: I’m happy to take your dog to their favourite local spots, or explore nearby parks and green spaces. I stick to whatever they’re most comfortable with. Whether your dog enjoys a long energetic walk or a gentle stroll, I adapt to their needs. Amy has been absolutely amazing with Coco. From the very first walk, I could tell my Coco felt comfortable and happy with Amy. I really appreciate the little updates and photos— always make me smile and reassure me that Coco is having a great time. It’s such a relief knowing he is in safe, caring hands. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better walker!
I cannot recommend Amy enough! She was absolutely wonderful with my puppy! Amy was attentive, reliable, and truly went the extra mile to make sure my pup’s needs were met. I received regular updates and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Amy handled everything with patience and care, it was clear my pup was in excellent hands the entire time. I highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter. I will definitely be booking with her again!

I was so grateful to have Amy look after Nuala, my Irish Terrier, while I was on holiday. Nuala can be full of energy and a bit of a character, but Amy cared for her with such patience and affection. I came home to a very happy, well-walked, and content dog, and it was clear Nuala had been in safe and loving hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Amy again!

I am starting part-time work so my availability would be: •Free most Fridays – Sundays. My calendar is always kept up to date so other days may also work too!

In my home, dogs enjoy a secure garden, a calm and homely environment, and plenty of attention throughout the day. When caring for pets in their own home, I follow their usual routines closely, making sure they feel safe and settled while keeping everything consistent for their comfort.

A typical day with me includes plenty of walks, play, and mental stimulation. We’ll explore local parks, practice basic training, enjoy games like fetch or tug, and take time to relax and cuddle so your dog feels safe, happy, and cared for.
