I'm available for walks or drop-in visits for scheduled playtimes almost anytime, any day! While I primarily work with animals, I also work remotely for a fitness tech company which allows me a very flexible work schedule.

Important things for me to know will depend on the types of visits and care required but will include some of the following: - Current obedience level - Temperament (reactive, high drive, low energy, etc) - Any behaviour issues or training actively being worked on - On or off leash - General quirks to be aware of - Medications or special care instructions
A typical day
DOG WALKS: I offer both on and off leash walks! I'm an avid walker and hiker. I would love to take your dog out to burn some energy and enjoy the outdoors whether around the neighbourhood or on the local trails. I own a vehicle and am able to drive to local trails if needed. ANIMAL SITTING: Your pet(s) will get tons of play and cuddle time - guaranteed. During dog-sits I typically walk a minimum of 1hr/day. During my visits, your pet will receive the full menu - cuddles, playtime and walks all in one service. PET VISITS: After taking care of the essentials (water, food, potty-breaks, etc.), I’ll spend some additional time playing with your pet and giving them attention. I'm a great tug-of-war playmate and ball/frisbee thrower! I love taking photos and will be sure to send updates at each visit that will include a recap and photos/videos of my time with your pet(s)!

I’ve been told that I have a special connection with animals all throughout my life. While I’m waiting for the right opportunity to welcome a dog into my own life, I am very grateful for the trust others offer me to take care of their own pets. Whether you have a dog, cat, or other animal - I would love to meet you and your pet to see if we’re a good fit to work together! I'm a good choice for animals who love to walk/hike, cuddle, and get lots of belly rubs. I've worked with dogs of all ages and sizes, shy/anxious dogs, as well as high drive dogs. I’m familiar with training techniques and would be happy to support you and your pet with any training that you’re currently working on. I am a patient and compassionate individual and do my best to ensure that each animal feels calm, safe, loved, and happy while in my care. I am also certified in canine first aid training.

Amy is excellent! She’s experienced with puppies, works on commands, and stays engaged the full visit. I appreciate that she wants to spend as much time outside as possible. The next time I need help with Colin I will absolutely have Amy come over.
