Hello! I'm an active pet/house sitter in California. Many sits are off the Rover platform and I can provide references. I truly love and am amazed by animals. What a gift to care for them. When I'm with them, I'm really with them. I bring a peaceful, mindful and fun approach to sitting. And as a two time homeowner, I also take great care of your sanctuary. I'm an excellent communicator and enjoy taking photos of your cuties. You can feel fully secure with me as your sitter. I'm nomadic and have many clients (off this app) in LA, but am looking to spend more time is my new favorite place, Santa Cruz. I'm most interested in sits that are 1+ weeks and, if we both agree it's a fit, I would love to be your regular sitter. I enjoy ongoing relationships with animals (and their humans).

Ratings and reviews
We loved Amy!! She stayed at our house and took care of our senior dog over Thanksgiving. She met with us beforehand and clearly cared a lot about making sure she was doing exactly what we asked and caring for our dog the way he needs. She kept in contact with us daily, sent us photos and videos of our dog living his absolute BEST LIFE with snuggles and walks and belly rubs. We returned and the house was tidy as we had left it. Amy had made the effort to strip the bed and get the sheets started in the washer as well. Great experience, we will definitely be reaching out to her again should we ever need someone to care for our guy!

When I'm sitting for your animal I attuned to them and their rhythms. My work schedule (a limited number of hours per week) is very flexible.

- I’d love to know any details about what your guy or gal enjoys and doesn’t enjoy. Also it’s helpful to know how they are with other people and dogs. Lastly, if you have a large dog that is difficult to control on leash, it's probably not the sit for me. Please let me know.
