I am currently working part time at a dog boarding/daycare/grooming facility and have lots of time in the evenings and afternoons for walks or drop in visits most days of the week. If you are interested in house sitting I work part time from 6:30am-11am everyday except Fridays. I would be in the home full time with your pet except for those few hours each morning.

I will not be offering boarding in my home but I take pride in taking care of your pets in their own homes. I follow all instructions and make sure I’m very clear on parents wishes and routines. I take care of your pet as if they were my own!

I am willing to work with any breed and any size. Ahead of time I need to know about medications or any special health needs your dog may have. I also like to know of any behavior quirks such as resource guarding or not liking certain attentions.
A typical day
Mental stimulation and exercise are so important! At least one walk per day with lots of playtime outside. I like using things such as frozen filled kongs or lick mats while inside to help mentally stimulate your dog.

Pet care experience
I have always had dogs in my life as pets. I have been house sitting for 10 years. My house sitting clients rely on me to exercise their dogs as well as feed and medicate their dogs. I have experience with all sizes and many breeds.

Amy was wonderful. She came and did a meet a great. She was communicative and the house was found as it was left. My puppers were pleased. I have chicks in the house right now and she watched them for me as well. Would absolutely recommend Amy!
Amy was amazing! A friend suggested Rover when our normal pet sitter was unavailable. I was really nervous to have a stranger stay in our home with our babies, but I am so thankful we found Amy! She was professional, kind, and responsible. She went out of her way to make sure we had plenty of meet and greet time and felt comfortable. While we were away Amy texted updates and pictures. She spoiled our dog and our cat so much we were worried they’d be disappointed when we came home! We will definitely be reaching out to Amy in the future!
Amy was great! She was great with my puppies and also my senior dog and cat. Amy was very respectful of my home and she also sent me daily updates. I definetly recommend Amy!
Amy has taken care of two of my dogs. Both require medication and special care. One of my dogs is old and quite grouchy (he nips and bites) but Amy is always kind to him. My dogs are happy to see her when she comes over, and Amy always leaves my house in good condition when she leaves.
