Dog Sitter in Portobello
Your dog will be looked after by both myself and my partner Matthew. We have a 7-year-old miniature dachshund called Richmond, who stays with us for two weeks each month, so we’re very used to having a dog around and all the care and attention they need.

We couldn’t have been happier with Amy looking after our two dogs! Communication was fantastic from start to finish, and the kids loved receiving daily photos and updates while the dogs were on their holidays. Amy was also amazing at accommodating us at such short notice, which we really appreciated, especially with one of our dogs being a pup. Most importantly, our dogs had an absolutely brilliant time staying! They came home completely knackered but very happy, which says it all. We would definitely recommend Amy to anyone looking for someone caring to look after their dog.

Schedule
Matthew and I both work from home, usually 9–5, so there will always be someone at home with your dog, keeping them company throughout the day.

Safety, trust & environment
We want every dog to feel safe and comfortable in our home. Richmond is very sociable with other dogs, but we understand that not every dog is. If needed, we can look after your dog during the two weeks each month when Richmond isn’t with us.

A typical day
We enjoy getting out for walks, but are just as happy having a relaxed day at home, depending on your dog’s usual routine and what they’re most comfortable with.
