From our very first interaction, it was clear that she has a natural connection with animals and a deep sense of responsibility. Leaving our pets behind is always the hardest part of going away, but Amy made the entire experience completely worry-free. She cared for our dogs and cats like they were her own, giving them attention, playtime, and love in exactly the way each one needed. One of our cats is usually shy around strangers, but even he warmed up to Amy in no time, which speaks volumes about her gentle and patient nature. Amy kept in touch daily with updates, photos, and sweet little anecdotes about our pets’ days, which meant the world to us. She clearly paid close attention to their routines and personalities and made sure everyone was happy, well-fed, and comfortable. We returned home to relaxed, well-cared-for pets and a spotless home.
