Amir is a nice guy and was friendly towards our dogs at the meet and greet. I thought we settled on leaving the dogs alone for 4-6 hours but he would leave for around 8-10 hours. We understand needing to leave the house but during our initial meeting, Amir made it seem like he didn’t have any commitments that would require him to be away that long. He also stepped away for a several hours and left our front door unlocked which was a little alarming. Thankfully our front door opens up into a gated courtyard and it ended up being okay. On his last day, our keypad malfunctioned and he wasn’t able to get in and put the dogs away before the end of the booking. He couldn’t get a hold of us as we were on a flight so he left the dogs tied to our front door. Thankfully we were able to ask a neighbor to come by to put them in the house after they had been tied alone for 30 minutes.
Ari was happy to have Amir around. However we found out on our drive home that Amir didn’t stay at the house overnight with the dog, so that concerned us. We let Amir know and he took the feedback well. Overall I’d recommend him, just make sure to communicate all your expectations beforehand.
