Your pet’s safety, comfort, and established routine are my priorities during every visit. I carefully follow your care instructions, including feeding schedules, fresh water, medications when applicable, litter box care, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and other routine needs. I take home and pet security seriously. I double-check doors and gates, follow your entry and exit instructions, and maintain careful leash awareness during walks. Dogs remain securely leashed unless otherwise instructed in an appropriate, securely enclosed area. I also pay close attention to your pet’s behavior, appetite, and energy level. If I notice anything unusual or concerning, I’ll communicate with you promptly and provide photos and a detailed update after visits. I respect your home as a private space, follow household instructions carefully, clean up after your pet as needed, and make sure your home is secure before leaving. Before care begins, I ask that you share any important information about your pet’s temperament, medical needs, triggers, anxieties, escape tendencies, or behavioral concerns. This helps me determine whether we’re a good fit and provide safe, appropriate care.

Aminah took incredible care of our dog Jillaroo. It takes time for our dog to trust new people so Aminah was willing to do several meet and greets to insure that they would both be comfortable with each other. Aminah sent us photos and videos throughout the day. We will definitely book our dog to stay with Aminah again.

Wow what can I say. Aminah is absolutely amazing! Initially, I was very nervous about having someone watch my chihuahua Lola because she normally doesn’t do well with strangers but she handled her with such great care of her and made her feel right at home. She is very professional and you can tell that she enjoys what she does. She also kept me updated throughout the day with pictures and videos which really helped to put me at ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter and I would highly recommend her!!
Absolutely amazing experience with Aminah is an understatement believe it or not. This is the second time she has dog sat for me, which I forgot to review the first stay but it was 3 days in early December and then this current one was two weeks. Let me start with I was extremely worried about leaving my dog with someone I didn’t know as I’ve never done that and he is very dog reactive so I worry people won’t be able to handle it and an incident will happen. Not only was Aminah more than qualified but she made me feel so comfortable leaving my baby with her. She suggested we do two meet and greets and even offered a trial babysit for a few hours to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Both stays were amazing and she shared many photos, videos and updates all day and night and also reported everything to keep me updated. She was extremely responsive whenever I reached out and was flexible with being in communication with my friend and father who helped me drop off and pick up my dog during the two stays. She showed my dog so much love and took amazing care of him. Her husband is also really great and my dog really loved him. In addition to dog sitting my dog got a lot of training because Aminah is also a dog trainer and worked with my dog’s issues while he stayed with her. I can’t describe how grateful I am to have found her and will be working with her in the near future to help train me in how to keep all the work she did with my dog going so we can both have better experiences when we encounter dogs. This experience blew away my expectations and I’m so happy to have met Aminah! She will be watching my dog Moses whenever I travel. I would not want anyone else. Such a blessing to have found her.

Schedule
As a stay-at-home mom and experienced pet care provider, I’m able to make pet care a consistent part of my weekday routine. My primary availability is Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM–5:00 PM, which is especially well suited for midday dog walks, drop-in visits, and recurring weekly care. I keep a focused client schedule so I can provide reliable, on-time visits without overbooking. Recurring weekday clients are especially welcome, and I also offer pre-scheduled vacation care and may have limited weekend availability with advance notice. I value consistency and enjoy becoming a familiar, trusted part of a pet’s routine.
