Calm cat carer 😊
I love animals-especially cats and was inspired to start cat-sitting after caring for my sister's cat on several occasions. I've spent years supporting others in emotionally demanding roles and now l'm creating space to help in different ways. There is something so therapeutic about caring for cats. Whether they are playful and cuddly or shy and reserved, it's important to me to that their temperament is respected. I am adaptable and am happy to discuss your cats specific needs to make sure they feel happy and loved in my care.

I've have over 10 years of unofficial ad-hoc experience supporting friends and family with their pets and more recently used Trusted Housesitters/Rover etc to make this more regular and organsied.

Amina has been brilliant during an in house stay with E Bow and Echo. She's competently dealt with some minor tummy upset issues and left the house clean and and the cats happy. As ever she is reliable and an excellent communicator.

Amina was more than happy to help look after our cat. I explained Pippin’s feeding times, food preferences and treats, and she followed all my instructions perfectly. She sent me photos of Pippin relaxing on the sofa in the evening, looking very content. It gave me peace of mind knowing dhe was in safe hands. She has helped us several times, and I’m really pleased that she’s now able to share her kindness and care with other pets too.
Amina was brilliant looking after my two Maine Coons. She was willing to come around the house for an initial meet and she really made an effort to fully understand all of their care requirements and to let the cats get used to her. During the sit she was excellent at communicating. One of my cats is very timid around new people but by the end of the weekend she had befriended Amina! I highly recommend Amina as a sitter.

Schedule
I'm a calm and caring person. I work as nurse Monday to Friday (7.30am-3.30pm) and occasionally work weekends. I'm based in Birmingham, and I feel particularly attuned to caring for pets who enjoy a playful or quiet but reassuring presence. I'm respectful of people's privacy and appreciate the sensitivities that come with home stays and drop in visits. l'll always communicate clearly with you and am happy to discuss your cat's needs with you and make a plan that works 😊.
