Amina was excellent! She was reliable, communicative, and took great care of my dog. I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in such good hands. I would most definitely book with her again and highly recommend her.

We agreed that she would be staying here. Take care of my dog from the 23rd to the 2nd. She text me and asked if rather than staying on the 24th if she could come the morning of the 25th before I leave. I said I was leaving at 5:00 a.m. And she decided she would come on the 24th. When I got home my neighbors who are very good told me they never saw my dog walked until I hired somebody to do it during the day. I asked her about that and she said I told her he only had to be walked twice a day. In our text messages it says he cannot go any longer than 5 hours which she ignored. My dog went out at 11:00 in the morning and 7:00 at night and then not again to 11:00 in the morning. When I went out to my sunroom which has a brand new carpet, I found that my dog had peed a lot on that carpet. I now have to hire someone to clean it or buy a new rug. I am very disappointed. Originally I was going to leave her the money for the extra days that she didn't work. But when I found the destruction in the carpet and that my animal had not been taken care of the way she said she would. I requested for my money back just for those days. And she blocked me.

I am writing to highly recommend my twin sister for any dog-sitting position. She has always had a natural connection with animals, especially dogs, and her patience, kindness, and attention to detail make her an exceptional caregiver. She treats every pet as if it were her own—ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well-cared for. She is reliable, responsible, and incredibly attentive to each dog's individual needs, whether that means sticking to a strict feeding schedule, administering medication, or simply providing plenty of playtime and affection. Pets immediately feel comfortable around her, and she takes the time to understand their personality and routines. Anyone who chooses her as a dog sitter can feel confident that their pet will receive the highest level of care. I truly believe she would be an excellent addition to any pet-sitting team.

Amina has taken care of my puppy since I first got her. She is such a great help with taking care of her while I am at work. You can really tell she loves what she does.
