Flexible and stress free dog care!
I'm finally making my return to Rover! And bringing back much more experience, knowledge, and skills. 🙋🏻♀️ For the past few years, I have trained and boarded a variety of dogs - most of them being rescues. ❤️ When I first signed up to be a foster paw-rent, I dove into the deep end in order to be ready to receive a new dog and provide the best care and home for him. Our first foster dog ended up have a whole host of behavioural issues that really helped us learn how to deal with dogs that may need a little extra attention. I have very valuable experience with reactive dogs that also deal with separation anxiety. Also, my former roommate and I rescued a pup who now is full time with her (I moved into my own house) and even has her own kids book series! (Penny Tries to Boil the Ocean) I am an active individual and enjoy going on adventures! I will protect your dog from anyone and anything so your furry friend will be safe with me and will also feel loved and have lots of fun! I used to be a former lifeguard/swim instructor so if your dog loves to swim, we're meant to be! :) My partner is a paramedic and when he's not at work, he loves to partake in the walking/training/entertainment. I am also flexible so you never have to feel stressed when working with me. I am quick to answer in case you need to reach me. I am against littering so rest assured that I will be a good poop-picker-upper! PS, if you want a mini-photoshoot of your dog while you're at work/away, I'm your person. I live in a lovely neighbourhood and am in a house that is dog-friendly with a small backyard. We have a cat at home, who only gets along with dogs.

Amie was simply incredible. I had an emergency and needed someone to take care of my day very last minute and she was so quick to respond and so helpful. She sent me updates throughout the day which I absolutely love! Highly recommend

Amie has taken care my GSD mix, Sampson, many times, and is THE best dog sitter. She's as playful and caring with him as I like to think I am, and ensures he's on his best behaviour around strangers and new dogs. I never have to worry when he's with her.
Amie always takes care of our rescue hound Sorbet when we're out of town. Sorbet absolutely LOVES Amie, and will always gravitate to her in a room full of people. You can tell Amie loves her too, and has a natural talent with dogs. Amie was even able to teach her new skills while she stayed with her. 100% would recommend Amie as a responsible and loving pet caregiver.
Aime was amazing! We left our rescue Oscar with her for 2 weeks and he was in such amazing hands. We were nervous about leaving him since it had been years since we were on vacation and Aime was the perfect person to look after him. Aime was patient with his weird rescue quirks and had him playing all sorts of games/puzzles. She was also great with messaging, easy to get a hold of and sent tons of photos/videos of our pup. Highly Recommend!
Amie helped me outlast minute and was reallly accommodating :)

Schedule
I'm in tech and work full-time at my home office. It also gives me flexibility so for the most part, I can accommodate different schedules whether if it's for pickup/drop off or for your dog's routine.
