Dog Love and Care
I have been around dogs all my life. All of the dogs and cats that my family and I had/have were found as strays and made part of the family. I would always help my parents take care of my neighbor’s dogs when they are away on vacation. This past fall, I dog sat and dog walked for a family before, during, and after they went on a cruise. I am good with young and old dogs, all sizes!! I grew up loving animals and have been fortunate enough to have cared for many different animals. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, fish, guinea pig, squirrels, and a few birds. In the fall of 2025, I fostered a bunny for 2 weeks and took it to adoption events. If I have the funds, I would have definitely kept it. 😂 I currently have 2 green anoles that I care for and love.

I always meet clients before I start any service to make sure that I am compatible with the cat or dog. After that, I make sure to follow what the client needs and wants for their pets. I give lots of attention when I’m not at work and make sure that they get all that they need.

Fantastic dog/cat and house sitter! Ami took great care of my dog and cat, kept me updated with plenty of pictures and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. When I returned, the house was spotless! Their communication was excellent, and it was clear they genuinely cared about the pets. I would absolutely book them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy sitter.
I entrusted Ami with my fur babies while my husband and I went out of town for a few days and she was wonderful!! Ami took great care of my babies and sent me updates throughout her stay at our home with them. I would have her watch them again and again if the need arises she is absolutely fantastic and very sweet! She went above and beyond while she stayed and my house was exactly as we left it. Ami was even kind enough to bring in our trash bins once trash was picked up. Thank you again Ami I know I left them in good hands and it made my time away so much less stressful knowing they had you to keep them company 😊
I can’t recommend Ami highly enough! She stayed at our house for 12 days and took wonderful care of our two dogs, Rex and Allee. Rex is a very energetic 2-year-old, while Allee is a 13-year-old senior with very particular food preferences. Ami handled their vastly different needs with great patience and attention. She played and walked them regularly, making sure both dogs were happy and well cared for. Beyond her excellent pet care, Ami was incredibly respectful of our home throughout her stay. It was such a relief knowing our dogs and house were in such capable and caring hands. We would happily welcome Ami back anytime!
Ami is the type of pet caregiver that any pet parent would want. She loves animals of all kinds, has raised infant animals, and has a history of dog sitting in the past as well. She would make sure that each animal is taken care of to the highest degree and would give every animal she meets the love they deserve.

Schedule
I have the summer completely open. Classes start up late August, so all dates up until then are open until booked. Once college classes start up again, my schedule will mostly stay the same, open. During the semester, I will have a tutoring job, but it shouldn’t have any effect on scheduling or anything like that. If there is a conflict, tutoring sessions can be moved.
