Hi there ! My name is Aimee, I’m a 22 year old University of Manitoba student athlete and of course an animal lover. I grew up around cats and multiple dogs that provided me with crucial experience in caring for pets through feeding, bathing, training, walking, vet visits, and lots of love and affection. I would love the opportunity to care for and keep active with your pets throughout this summer, as well be a help to those with busier schedules!

Safety, trust & environment
In my personal life at home we have a long gated back yard allowing for lots of room to run around. I care for my pets and others pets by playing with them outside or taking them for walks if a backyard is not available. I love to be active and bring along my pups on any adventures that is safe for them. I follow a routine feeding schedule and always have water available, except after extensive physical activity for about 15 minutes. I have no problem with the pets up on the couch to rest, but have beds for them to lounge on as well!

Amelie was so sweet and caring with our little Dallas! She stayed at our place for 3 days while we were out of town. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends needing help with their animals!
I feel so lucky to have found Amelie! From the moment we met, I could tell how much she truly loved the work she does and that gave me so much peace of mind. She took such amazing care of Otis. The week prior to us leaving Otis had a bout of pancreatitis - Amelie continued medication and caregiving sending me updates and photos that made me smile and able to enjoy myself while I was away. When I came home, Otis was healthy, happy, calm, and clearly well-loved the whole time. My home was very clean and even my garbage/recycling were already outside for pick-up. It’s such a relief to know that I can trust someone who treats my dog and home like their own. Amelie went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants their animal cared for with love, attention, and lots of cuddles. ⸻ Amelie did an amazing job caring for my fish while I was away! She followed all feeding and tank maintenance instructions perfectly and even sent updates to ease my mind. It’s clear she takes pet care seriously—she was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about keeping the tank clean and the fish happy. I came home to a healthy, thriving fish and a spotless aquarium. I highly recommend Amelie to anyone looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented pet caregiver!
Amelie looked after my bunny for a week and did a fantastic job. She was reliable, sent updates, and made sure he was well cared for. I’d definitely recommend her!

Schedule
I’m currently a University student who has a lot of free time through the week. I just finished my summer classes and will be returning back to school at the beginning of September, leaving me with plenty of free time throughout the weeks for the rest of the summer!
