Amelie has a great love of pets which I have witnessed through her interaction with family pet as well as the pets of her friends. Not only does she enjoy spending time with them, but she is always actively engaged in ensuring their mental and physical welfare. She understands the importance of physical exercise (she is always the first to volunteer to walk the family dog), regular vet check ups (she attended many vet appointments with her roommate and also helped administer medication), and appropriate amounts/types of food (she is especially knowledgeable of certain dietary issues of cats), to name a few. She has also been a dog and cat sitter for family and friends for over one year. Amelie is punctual and always willing to help out. Further she has been a math tutor for children and teens for several years so has developed great communication and is very patient.
