I ensure they are well fed, entertained and that dogs are taken out on walks regularly. I also make sure I can see them or know where they are and am careful about opening windows and doors.

Amelie was fantastic! My cat is normally quite anxious around new people but he came right up to greet her when she stopped by to meet him. I was able to completely relax and enjoy my trip knowing she was there to look after him, and she kept me updated every day with photos and texts. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter!
Amelie did an excellent job with taking care of our kitty and house. She communicates clearly and sent photos and updates regularly without prompting. Overall, great experience and I recommend her highly to others. She has a special way with cats too, so I know our cat was very pleased to have her there.
Amelie is a third year psychology student who thrives on personal connection. She is physically very active (Ironman 70.3 triathlete) and very determined. She is dependable and reliable and will always make the extra effort to ensure that everything she does is done to the best of her ability. Along with this determination she is a very sociable person who enjoys making new connections and keeping in touch with friends from wherever she has been. She is kind and patient, especially with animals of all types, and she loves spending time with both cats and dogs. She understands the importance of forming a bond of trust with them and is sensitive to their needs. She is an ideal person to be trusted with looking after people's pets.

Schedule
I am currently home from university and have a very open schedule so I am free to pet sit or walk most of the week at limited advance notice.
