Hello! I have been pet-sitting for neighbors and friends since I was 12! I have 5 years of professional experience ranging from a Shift Lead at a doggy daycare to bathing in a grooming salon! I have experience giving medications and I am comfortable with all sizes. I have always loved being with animals and enjoy them all, from the crazy puppies to the lazy oldies.

Amelia did a great job with my Rocky, he seemed very happy with her, He's getting very old and doesn't warm up to strangers easily but after the anxiety started to fade and he calmed down, they did good. In 14 yrs, this was the longest he has ever been away from me. My house was nice and clean also, and that's not easy some days...Lol. I will have her take care of him again if I need someone. Thank you!
Amelia was so good with our pup while we were away on vacation. She send lots of pictures and kept us in the loop of how she was doing! We will definitely be using her again for our dog!

Amelia is amazing with dogs. She has worked with them for several years now and really knows how to take care of them. Every dog she meets gravitates towards her. She is good at playing with them and loving them but also how to get them to behave and knows where a line needs to be set. I have seen many dogs behave better for her, they naturally listen to her more. Amelia would be a great person to watch or walk anyone’s dogs.
Amelia has been so wonderful to my pets! She is punctual and friendly. Best of all, she clearly loves caring for animals. Her past experience, with dogs especially, shows as she watches your dog’s behaviors and adjusts her approach in handling them accordingly. Highly recommend Amelia!

Schedule
I work Monday-Friday, my hours can be a little wonky but typically 8 1/2 hours shifts, so it’s important your fur baby can go that long between potty breaks!

I love just hanging around and playing with pups and I love walking pups and adventuring with them! If there is any training regimen or regular walking routines I would love to know! I feel it is very important to keep dogs on their routine, especially when they are missing their favorite humans! I do have a dog of my own that has to join me for House Sitting when it is MORE THAN 2 nights! He loves to make new friends and is pup and cat friendly!

A typical day
When the weather is nice I love taking the pups on walks, my dog isn’t big on toys so I enjoy taking advantage of dogs that enjoy their toys. I like running through basic tricks once a day too to keep up on training!
