Hello! Charlie and I have both grown up with dogs and have our own furry friend living with us in Long Crendon. Because we're out walking every day, we know all the best local routes and hidden gems your pup will love too! As fellow dog owners, we completely understand how important it is to know your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. That’s why we’ll keep in regular contact during their stay - with updates, photos, and anything else you need to feel reassured. We’d absolutely love to welcome another dog into our home — not only for the extra company on our daily walks, but to give them all the love, care, and attention we’d give our own. A little about us: Charlie and I met during a ski season in Méribel and have been together for seven years. We both work full-time in PR and Children’s Data Protection, and we’re fully remote - which means there’s always someone at home for company, cuddles, and playtime. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’d love to hear from you!

Amelia dropped in to play with Molly and let her out into the garden for a few days when we were out for a longer time than normal. Molly can be a little nervous around people she does not know but she looked very happy with Amelia. We received photos every day. We will definitely use Amelia next time we need someone to drop in.

Amelia and Charlie looked after our 8 month old dachshund puppy and he was very well cared for. He loves staying with them and left our house with a wagging tail and went back to their door when picked up. This tells you everything you need to know about how much he enjoyed his stay. They are very accommodating, sent regular updates throughout the day and a rover card at the end of the day. I highly recommend Amelia & Charlie 🙂
Amelia, and Charlie and resident dog Zula, were absolutely amazing with my dog Nala who needed to be separated from my entire male dog whilst she was on heat. She was with Amelia and Charlie for 10 days and we missed her a lot but were completely reassured by the way she was being looked after, becoming part of the family and well entertained. I have no hesitation in recommending Amelia as an excellent carer for your dog/s and will be using her again.
Amelia and Charlie are always so good with our dog! He is energetic but they give him lots of walks and look after him well - Highly recommended them!

Schedule
We’re committed to looking after them as much as we possibly can. Our own dog gets two good walks a day (as she rightly deserves!), and your pup would be part of that same routine.

Our family already consists of one small Pomapoo called Zula (she’s a real sweetie) and we have a 3 bedroom cottage with a back garden.

A typical day
A morning walk around the fields, breakfast, nap time, play with some toys in the garden and then an evening stroll to end a lovely day. Weekends are laid-back — we usually have a slow morning, then head out for a coffee, always bringing the dog along with us. Whether it’s a local park, pub, or dog-friendly café, we love having them by our side wherever we go.
