I've been caring for animals for over six years and have experience with a wide variety of pets. In addition to being a dedicated pet owner, I have hands-on experience as a veterinary technician, where I learned how to recognize signs of illness, safely handle animals, administer medications, and provide attentive, compassionate care. I've also provided pet sitting services for dogs, cats, and exotic pets, tailoring my care to each animal's unique personality and needs. Whether it's keeping energetic dogs active, making shy cats feel comfortable, or caring for reptiles, birds, or other exotic species, I prioritize safety, routine, and enrichment. I understand how important it is for pets to feel secure while their owners are away, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. My goal is to provide reliable, loving care so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in experienced and capable hands.

I treat every home with the same respect and care that I would expect someone to show my own, and I take the time to learn each pet's routine so they can feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible while you're away. Whether it's sticking to feeding schedules, cleaning litter boxes, going on walks, or giving medications, I'll follow your instructions carefully and make sure your pet gets the attention, love, and care they deserve. I know every pet is different, so I'm happy to adapt to their personality, whether they want nonstop playtime, quiet companionship, or just someone to keep them company. I'll also keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages, so you never have to wonder how your pet is doing. My previous veterinary technician experience allows me to recognize changes in behavior or health and stay calm if something unexpected comes up, giving you extra peace of mind. Above all, I want you to enjoy your time away knowing your pet is safe, happy, and being cared for like they're one of my own

Amelia has been taking care of the BEST care of my pets since December 2024! I couldn’t recommend her enough. Amelia should be your go-to sitter if you want someone who: - is flexible, attentive, communicative, and RELIABLE - has experience with a lot of different pets (exotics included!) - can handle nervous pets or dog-reactive dogs - will ensure pets get medications and prescription diets - truly loves animals and will treat your pets like her own! I travel a lot for work, often without access to cell service or at times across the country - and I’ve never had to worry about my pets when they’re in her hands. I’ve got a full house with my two cats, a large dog, fish, and a snake, and Amelia always makes sure everyone is cared for! Amelia made sure to spend extra time getting to know my nervous dog, who immediately warmed up to her. She also managed my dogs’ dog-reactivity like a pro on walks. It truly made leaving town so stress-free. She even managed to give my more nervous cat his pills and made sure everyone got lots of love. I always come home to a clean yard, litter boxes, and happy healthy pets! Additionally, Amelia is an incredibly kind and hard-working person. She’s extremely responsible and someone I always trust in my home - she even replaced a deadbolt at my old apartment that broke while I was away! I couldn’t recommend giving her a chance to take care of your fur babies enough!!
Abby is an awesome pet caregiver, as well as an awesome house sitter! She cares for our cat, multiple chickens, and a big garden for my husband and I while we are away and I always know everyone is in good hands while we travel! I never worry, and am able to enjoy my vacation fully. She is responsive with texts, keeping me updated and making sure everyone (garden, included) is well cared for. Highly recommend!
Amelia has taken care of my dog Rory for the past 4 years. There is no one more trustworthy than her. Rory gets so exited to see her. Amelia really understands Rory on what he likes and what he doesn’t and makes the sitting the most comfortable. Communication with Amelia is great with regular text and even pictures to keep my head clear while I’m on vacation or just out of town. I definitely recommend Amelia to take care of your animals she is easy to work with super flexible and understanding.

Schedule
Between being a full-time student and working part-time, I still have plenty of flexibility to care for your pets! My schedule allows me to be available throughout the week for drop-in visits, walks, and pet sitting, and I do my best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever I can! I'm a big believer that pets thrive on consistency, so I'll work with you to keep their routine as normal as possible while you're away. Whether your pet needs an early morning visit, dinner time cuddles, or anything in between, I'm happy to help!
