Hi there! My name is Amelia and I live in Cap Hill. I’ve loved and cared for animals for as long as I can remember—not just family dogs and cats, but also backyard birds, butterflies, and any animal that crossed my path growing up near the Florida Everglades. My family loved rescuing animals, from our pitbull mix Mia, to our hound mix Hank, to our lab mix Maggie, and our many cats in between. I understand a wide variety of animal personalities and backgrounds, and I spent summers both as a child and in college pet sitting for my neighbors and friends. I currently live alone in an apartment right next to Cheesman Park, which is perfect for walks and outdoor time. I have a sweet fluffy cat named Willow who gets along very well with other animals. Willow is my everything, and I’m sure your pet is too, so I understand the trust it takes to leave them in someone else’s care.
