I’m a dedicated pet lover with a special fondness for dogs and cats. I have a small rescue dog who benefits from the company of other animals, and an older cat who enjoys her quiet space. If your pet is active, you've found the right sitter. I love taking the pets I care for on walks and hikes, and we live by a beautiful park where we enjoy spending time. That said, I'm no stranger to my couch, so older and chill dogs will have plenty of company. In fact, I have a special affinity toward senior dogs - We have something in common! Pets are always welcome on my furniture, and I will treat your pets just like my own. With a fenced yard and being home all day, your furry friends will receive plenty of care, attention, and love while they stay with me. NOTE: I only take one pet at a time - two if they're siblings and both meet the weight limit - to keep things chill and stress-free.

Amelia was great with Zeke. She communicated daily and he seemed very happy when we picked him up.
Amelia is the sweetest! She took great care of our little guy with walks and treats and sent us lots of updates and photos. Her Gigi is freaking adorable, would definitely like to book again in the future.
Amelia was great! My dog was totally comfortable at her home. She sent pictures each day and kept us posted on how he was doing. She also took him on big walks through the parks. Would definitely recommend and will use again!

Amelia was enthusiastic, positive, supportive, and caring. My puppy took to her and her cute little dog, GiGi., during a Meet and Greet in a neutral area. Amelia was flexible and accommodating, willing to take my puppy while he is potty-training and has some digestion issues. He was so happy to see her at drop off, and had big smiles at pick up. I appreciated her updates, communication, and pics. Her home is lovely, too, and she treated my puppy like he was part of her family. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I'm home during the day, so your pet will get lots of attention. If I'm not out of town, then I'm available. Fellow early risers are welcome!

I have a fenced in yard for frequent potty breaks and am accustomed to taking daily walks. I don't own a crate, but you're welcome to bring yours if you wish.

A typical day
Your dog can look forward to playing ball and fetch, going for neighborhood walks, and exploring nearby parks. If napping and chilling is more their style, then that's fine, too.
