Yes, please keep me informed on special needs and behaviors. I prefer to not co-sleep with pets, as it tends to disrupt my sleep cycle, definite preference is given to animals that are able to sleep independently without fussing. I am ok administering pills or medication in food or peanut butter, but am not comfortable administering oral syringes or dermal shots to other people's animals. I can no longer accept bookings with indoor cats.

I love playful dogs and ones that enjoy long walks and playing fetch. I also enjoy jogging with dogs. Hikes are great, too, there are some cool spots around town.

Decades of experience with dogs! I had my first dog for 18 yrs until she passed, then a lab/pit mix rescue until she passed, and have doggie-sat and loved more puppers than I can recall off the top of my head! I have watched all sizes of dogs, from little lap dogs up to Danes and Pyrennes. I am happy to give daily exercise, and provide photos and daily updates, if requested, so that you know your fur-babies are being loved! I am based in Roanoke, VA, Morganton, NC, and Asheville, NC. For longer house-stays and sitting, I am available for surrounding areas: ex: Burnsville, Old Fort, Waynesville, etc, and along the I-40 corridor from Asheville to Morganton/Valdese. Contact me :)

Amelia was fantastic! She took such great care of our two fur babies and even sent me photos during our trip. It was a real comfort knowing she was there loving them. When we got home she didn't leave a trace and even changed the sheets on the bed for us. Highly recommend her services. Thank you so much!!
