Hi, I’m Amelia- a USF graduate and lifelong animal lover. I grew up surrounded by pets of all kinds, from German Shepherds to hamsters, and even had the joy of fostering rescue dogs in need of extra care. Whether it’s dogs, cats, fish or small animals, I’ll make sure every pet in your household feels safe, loved, and well cared for!

Amelia was amazing with our dog Charlie. He has very specific care instructions due to some health issues and she was extremely accommodating and followed all of the requests. She frequently sent updates and photos throughout her stay with Charlie, and he looked absolutely in love with her. She also left our apartment very clean. She made our vacation stress free because we knew he was in such good hands. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a loving caretaker of their pet.
Amelia was great. Very communicative, dogs love her, great houseguest, always on time. Highly recommend Amelia and we will use again.
I was going on quite a long trip and thought my cat would do better with a house sitter than a friend checking in. Amelia did a great job keeping me informed and checking in which I traveled. She was great about responding to my messages quickly. Plan on using her again in the future!

Amelia was simply fantastic. She took care of my old pugs so well, that I think they looked better when I got home. Not only that, the house was in great shape. Imagine coming home to find the towels and bedding washed - and I didn’t even ask her to do so. Amelia was very patient with one of my dogs who has a degenerative spine and can’t always control when she goes to the bathroom. It’s a battle, and she won. If she will, I’d be happy to have her back anytime. Thank you, Amelia.
Amelia was fantastic with our pup! She would send us updates and pictures about his day. He came home very happy after a great week with Amelia!

Schedule
I have lots of time to devote to your fur-babies in the late afternoons and evenings on workdays for walks and house sittings. I am free most weekends for walks, boarding or house sitting as well.

Safety, trust & environment
I treat your pets with love, and always make sure they’re having fun. For boarding or home stays, I play with them using their favorite toys, and take them on their appropriate walks or favorite activities. I make sure to exercise dogs before leaving the house, especially if it’s over a few hours. Additionally, if your dog has high energy, I am a runner and love to go on runs with them!
A typical day
I love taking dogs to Golden Gate Park, Lafayette Park, Sue Bierman, and Rincon hill to take walks or throw a ball. For cats, I’ll play with them with their favorite toys!
