We work from home 5 days a week and our weekends are spent on dog friendly days out or big countryside walks. We walk twice per day and I will be with the dogs all day. If I am not wfh, my partner can and we always make sure all dogs are comfortable with both of us before booking.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a crate for our boy, so if the dogs are becoming overstimulated he is happy to be in his crate to give both some space. We have a spacious garden with fences to keep them secure and they can play together if they want to - supervised by me.

Sleeping arrangements! Cody sleeps on the floor and on our feet at the end of our bed, and whilst we don’t mind where dogs are most comfy, we just need to make sure there’s room for everyone to have their space (by that I mean the dogs, not the humans!!)
A typical day
Cody and I always head out for around an hour in the morning, usually to the beach or burrows for burning some energy and maybe a chase of his ball. We come back around 9am to start the work day, when he likes to have his breakfast and a good old nap. In sunnier weather we will both take regular play breaks to go and sit in the sun or play on the lawn. Cody likes to sleep during the day until about 4/4:30, when we go out for another walk, either to the beach or to somewhere green nearby. We do normally drive to these locations, but there’s plenty within walking distance if your dog doesn’t travel well! The evenings involve a few tricks and some “find it” games before lots of sofa cuddles and then bed.

Pets
Dog lover and spaniel owner
Pet care experience
I have owned a sprocker spaniel for 5 years and before that helped to look after a black Labrador. Over the past 3 years I have taken in over a dozen different dogs to stay with us and come on our twice daily walks, most of whom are repeat customers and now use me regularly to take care of their pets. I can offer basic training for puppies and for other dogs, and I am a trustworthy, reliable owner with knowledge to share and time to give.
Reviews

Amelia was great with my young pointer for doggy day care. I think Shortbread had a great time with her new friend and a lot of fun on the beach. Thank you!

Millie and Dan were amazing looking after my dachshund lunatics. We got daily updates and loads of pictures of all their adventures. Millie allows the dogs to feel at home, and creates a very relaxed environment for the dogs. My dogs came home in very good conditions and very content. We will definitely rebook when we go on our next holiday.

Millie was a fantastic find… Milo clearly was so relaxed and comfortable and came home exhausted.. thank you Millie for a really good first experience of leaving Milo with a sitter
First time with Amelia and the family and Viggy had the best time! Lots of fantastic updates and a very tired and happy boy when I picked him up! Thank you so much!
