Hello, I’m Amberley, based in Edgbaston near Harborne. I’ve loved animals all my life and have experience caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, fish, tortoises and lizards. My family have a Lurcher called Luna and a 15-year-old cat called Bowie, so I’m very used to looking after pets and their different personalities. By day, I work as a Community Liaison Coordinator, but I started dog walking to spend more time with furry friends after moving away from my family home. I’m a keen rock climber and gardener, I love being outdoors and am always happy to get out for a walk, whatever the weather!

To make sure everyone is happy and comfortable, I like to arrange a quick meet and greet before any booking. It gives me a chance to get to know you and your pet, learn about their routine, and chat through things like feeding, exercise, medication, and any quirks or preferences they might have. Every pet is different, so I want to make sure I can give them the best care possible. If you have any questions, just ask!

This is the third time that Amberley has looked after Bella for us. She is a fantastic sitter, keeps regularly in contact, and dotes on Bella. We would always go to Amberley first when we need a dog sitter

After our dogsitting plans fell through last minute, Amberley saved the day at short notice. Amberley was warm, responsive, punctual, and crucially, our dog Bella immediately took a shine to her! We felt really confident leaving Bella with her and received lots of updates and photos on walks. We will definitely be using Amberley again if she's free

Schedule
I have a hybrid working role at so spend equal amounts of time at home to out of the house. I am able to dog walk and keep pets company around my working week as I can work my schedule around my care commitments.

- Before our first booking, please let me know a little about your dog, including their age, breed, personality, routine, and any medical needs. It’s also helpful to know about lead manners, reactions to other dogs, and any commands they know. For house visits or pet sitting, please tell me where food, leads and other essentials are kept, along with any important information about access, keys, locks, or anything else I should know to keep things running smoothly.
