Amber was truly wonderful!! She checked in everyday and was very attentive. She made our dogs stay so good that he didn’t want to come home with us when we went to pick him up. We’ll definitely be booking with Amber again!
Amber did an amazing job watching my dog Reese’s. So much so that my dog is bored now at my house. Reese’s got to hang out with ambers dogs, go on tons of walks, and visit the park. Amber also sends a “report card” of sorts with info about bathroom breaks, meals eaten, and photos from the day. Overall, amazing caretaker!
I highly recommend Amber as a pet sitter on Rover. She has always had a genuine love for animals and treats every pet with the same care, patience, and affection she gives her own. She is responsible, dependable, and attentive to each pet’s individual needs. She is someone you can trust to keep your pets safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I know she’ll go above and beyond to make both pets and their owners feel comfortable. Any family would be lucky to have her caring for their furry family members.

Schedule
As a stay-at-home dog mom, caring for pets naturally fits into my everyday routine! Our days are filled with plenty of potty breaks and outdoor time in our fully fenced-in backyard, with fresh water and comfortable places for the dogs to rest and relax. Inside, there are always plenty of toys and enrichment activities available, and I make time each day for one-on-one play and personalized enrichment, such as lick mats and puzzles. Throughout the week, we also visit a larger dog park where pups can get some extra exercise, explore, and make new friends. With a flexible schedule and lots of time at home, your pet will have plenty of attention, companionship, and opportunities to play, relax, and feel right at home. 🐝🐾

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities! Barking Bee has a fully fenced-in yard where pups can safely get fresh air, exercise, and play. I also have two dogs of my own and a cat, so your pup will have the option to enjoy some furry company while staying in a familiar, home-like environment. Copper, my 5-year-old dog, is perfectly happy doing his own thing, while Soup, my playful puppy, is always ready for a game of chasing or play-fighting. Whether your dog is high-energy or prefers to relax, there’s a place for them here! Dogs are welcome to cuddle up on the couches and make themselves comfortable, and I also have two medium-sized crates available at all times for any pup who needs a quiet space or some downtime.

A typical day
A typical day at Barking Bee is filled with a good balance of play, enrichment, exercise, cuddles, and plenty of downtime! We start the day with a potty break and some time outside in our fenced-in yard before settling into the morning. Throughout the day, pups have plenty of opportunities to play with toys, explore the yard, enjoy enrichment activities, and get one-on-one attention. We take lots of potty breaks and make sure everyone has access to fresh water and a comfortable place to rest. Depending on the pup’s energy level, we may have some extra playtime or a trip to the dog park during the week. And of course, there’s always time for couch cuddles and relaxing together! The goal is to keep every pup happy, comfortable, entertained, and feeling right at home.

- Every pup is different, and the more I know about your pet, the better I can care for them! Before their stay, I’d love to know about their personality, energy level, daily routine, feeding schedule, medications, allergies, fears, triggers, and anything else that helps them feel comfortable. Please also let me know about any behavioral quirks, special needs, or things they may be nervous around. There’s never too much information when it comes to your pet’s safety and happiness! My goal is to make sure every pup feels understood, comfortable, and right at home while they’re with us. 🐾
