I have always had a passion for loving and caring for animals. I am working on a change of career and want to earn extra income and hope to slowly transition to being able to do more through Rover. I have grown up with animals and have cared for everything from a duck to a horse. My grandparents owned a farm and I took care of and trained the horses and also caref for the dog and cats on the farm. I also have fostered through the Humane Society to help dogs and cats find their furever home. I can't wait to get to know your fur baby and help you with their care and everyday life. I love walking around at parks and certain trails. I can stay in the neighborhood, as well, if preferred. Let me know if they have a favorite treat or particular way they like to walk or play.

I usually check the pets water and food, if asked. I give medicine the ones who need it. For dogs, I usually include a short walk so they can potty or let them out into their yard. For cats, I’ll try to engage in play for a little bit so they can get some exercise in, as well.

Amber was great! I am so thankful she was able to help me out last minute.
Amber did a great job taking care of our cat Gimli. He spent a few nights with her in the room set up for cats. It had everything he needed, I just brought his food and a few toys from home. Amber was quick and informative with all communication and was flexible with pick up and drop off. Gimli was quite stressed due to being in a new place and Amber did everything in her power to keep him comfortable and to keep me updated. Would absolutely recommend her for pet care.

Amber went above and beyond! My dog loved her and she was prompt with responding to my emails, texts, and sent me pictures as well. SUPER sweet and seemed to really care about my dog. Will use her services more in the future!
Amber did a great job taking care of Ophelia! Loved getting pictures of my pup walking around the neighborhood and playing. Amber also helped in giving Ophelia some medicine she needed with no issues, and spent some time with our cat while she played with Ophelia. Would definitely recommend Amber to others, and will likely be requesting her services again next time we go out of town.
Amber is my first choice when it comes to needing a pet sitter. She has great communication and is easy to get in contact with. She is polite, friendly and respectful. When it comes to pets, she treats them as her own and I have never worried about my animals when I was out of town with them in her care. Amber has and will follow any specific care instructions, and has even sent me photos of my pets when I was out of town. I am more at ease with my pets being in Amber's care than at boarding kennel. You will be very pleased with Amber's care.

Schedule
I am a stay at home mom to a 3 year old who loves all animals. This will give her the opportunity to socialize with more animals. This will also provide more opportunities to teach her responsibility through watching how I care for animals.
