When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their usual routines to keep them comfortable and stress-free, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. I also respect the home by keeping it clean and secure, treating both the space and the pet with the utmost care.
Ratings and reviews
While Amber is a kind young woman, she was unable to meet the initially agreed upon time expectations and did not visit until the second day of the booking, leading to my cats almost not being fed for 24 hours. During this time, it was difficult to reach her and she did not communicate that she would be unable to meet the booking agreement. When we eventually got in contact, she maintained that she would meet the discussed time commitment however, after seeing that she only visited for a brief amount of time in the first day, I revisited this discussion and she eventually acknowledged that she would be unable to fulfill the contract as discussed and I was able to book with another sitter. While she is kind and apologetic, the lack of communication and lack of acknowledgment that she was not meeting discussed expectations leads me to give a lower rating.
Amber was the sweetest and did a great job! I appreciate her taking such great care of our pups and she even left the house the same as she found it.
