My expertise is with cats as I've grown up with them, but I'm also in love with dogs. My favorite activity is to play with them, second to cuddling with them while they nap. They always lift my spirits when I'm feeling down and I know they get a kick out of having play time. My expertise is as follows: feeding, walking, playing, and bathing (cats only). I would love to play and keep your pets company while you are away. In the past, I have sent check-ins with pictures and given a brief summary of our time together at the end of the visit.

Safety, trust & environment
This varies on the service but for feeding, I will make sure that they are fed their food in their proper bowls, make sure the water is clean and filled, and clean up after them so they don't eat food that's touched the floor. For walking, I will make sure that their leashes are in good condition, we won't walk in heavy traffic areas and have water on hand in case they get thirsty. For bathing, I will need more details as to where I can bathe them, what soaps you typically use and if they are comfortable with being bathed.

Amber is an exceptional petsitter! My two senior kitties, Spike and Mango, fell in love love with her immediately. Amber has a natural calm and kind energy and my kitties just wanted to snuggle with her. She’s a responsible caretaker, reliable, and punctual. Amber fed them and gave them their medications on time, she cleaned up after them and kept our house maintained, and she was on the dot with feeding them breakfast and dinner. Amber is amazing with animals! She is especially great with cats as she has owned multiple cats and fed strays. Pets gravitate towards her calming energy, she is good with following feeding/care instructions, and she has experience pet sitting for friends/family.

Schedule
I moved and I'm new to the area so I have a lot of downtime after my full-time job to come visit your pets in the evening and on weekends. Please check my calendar for an updated schedule

- Please let me know if your pet has any sensitivity to smells, specific noises, or if they don't like their food served a certain way. If there is more than 1 pet in the household, please let me know if I need to keep them separated when they're eating. For walks, please let me know if your pet is social and can be around other dogs. If they aren't we can go on a walk in a less heavily-traffic area.
