As a fellow animal lover I know how important your furry friend is to you. I have grown up surrounded by all kinds of animals from rabbits to horses. I am a responsible, kind, fun-loving, attentive, and punctual person. Schooling background I graduated from LSU in August of 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and from Bel-Rea in August of 2022 with an Associate’s degree in Applied Science with a focus in Animal Technology. Experience Besides taking care of my own pets while growing up I have also watched some of my family members pets. I have worked at a pet resort that specialized in dogs. At the pet resort my job was to feed, walk, cuddle, play with, and care for the multiple dogs every day; those dogs ranged from puppies, to mature, and older dogs in a variety of sizes and breeds. My animal experience doesn't end there I have helped take care of horses at Girl Scout camp, worked with wild life at multiple Zoos, and at a variety of vet clinics from general care practices to the ER. Availability I am a Veterinarian technician at a general practice so work 4 days a week, my shifts range from 6-10 hours depending on the day. Why I love dogs I have loved dogs since the day I met my first dog, Max. Max was more than just a dog he was my best friend which is why I know that your dog is more than just a pet to you, he or she is not only a family member but also friend.
