As a dog owner and former dog fosterer, I have raised, trained, and cared for all types and ages of dogs from energetic baby puppies to older senior dogs. I also have experience working with varying temperaments and training needs. I have worked with extremely shy dogs, high-energy working breeds, and reactive dogs. I love getting to know the individual animal and their unique personality so that I can offer the best possible care. I also have experience with a variety of animals. I grew up with a number of different animals including dogs, cat, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and fish.

Amber is super sweet and a great sitter. She sent us updates with pictures everyday and kept us well informed. Our dog was well cared for and loved staying there.
Amber was great! We had to make a last minute booking and she was quick to respond and very accommodating. Our dog had a great time playing with her dogs and came back to us happy and tired from a great stay.
She was great with communication and giving pupdates, our dog seemed to have a great time.
She is lovely to work with and truly cares about your animals! Highly recommend!

Schedule
Home full-time! I am not working at the moment (and when I do, I work from home), so I am able to devote a lot of time to providing high-quality care for your fur-kids. I am available both weekdays and weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
All playtimes are fully supervised to ensure everyone is safe and happy. We have a large fully-fenced backyard for all your pup's crazy zoomies. We also have plenty of space to separate pups if they need a break from one another. I am home fulltime to keep an eye on everyone and attend to any specific needs. I will make sure to carefully follow the instructions for your pup. I understand that each pup has individual needs and I am happy to help keep them on their usual schedule and/or training regimen. I will care for your fur-baby as I would my own.
Pets
A typical day
We want to be your pup's home away from home! I aim to provide a well-balanced day including plenty of mental and physical stimulation, as well as designated rest times. Nice days will include playtime or fetch in our large backyard. Rainy days will be more indoor playtime with toys or games like nose games or puzzle toys. We'll have designated rest/cuddle times too so that no one gets too overstimulated. We hope to return a tired happy pup to you at the end of their stay! Let me know what your dog's favorite activities are! I am happy to take them for short sniffy walks around the block or longer multi-mile walks for the more active fur-kids too. We can also work on tricks at home for mental stimulation or toss a ball in the backyard. Or switch it up for a variety each day. My resident dogs, Rigby and Sterling, are experienced hosts and love making new friends. They are very friendly and will happily join in playtime if your pup is comfortable with them. We can't wait to meet your pup!

- Please let me know if your dog is a fence-jumper. Our fence is about four and a half feet at the shortest so should be more than tall enough for most dogs, but if there are any concerns, we have long leads that we can keep them on which still provide plenty of space for play. Please let me know if your dog has any allergies or should not eat treats.
