As a lifelong dog lover and experienced pet owner, I bring years of hands-on experience, care, and responsibility to every dog I meet. I recently said goodbye to my beloved senior dog, whom I raised from a playful puppy all the way through his golden years. That journey taught me patience, empathy, and how to understand a dog’s changing needs at every stage of life. I live in a dog-friendly home with a spacious, grassy backyard and a pool—perfect for pups who love to play, stretch their legs, or relax in the sun. Whether it’s a quick walk, playtime, or just some company and care while you’re away, your dog will be treated like family. You can trust that your pet is in loving and capable hands with me!

Whether in my home or a client’s, I care for pets like they’re part of the family. In my home, pets have access to a spacious, grassy backyard for play and potty breaks, and plenty of cozy spots to relax indoors. I maintain a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment with lots of attention, love, and supervision—especially since my partner works remotely and we're always around. In a client’s home, I make sure to follow their pet’s usual routine closely, whether that’s feeding schedules, walk times, or special care instructions. I treat each pet with patience, respect, and compassion, always making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy. Whether it's giving medication, cleaning up, or just offering belly rubs, I focus on the details that matter to both pets and their owners.

Amber is an absolutely phenomenal dog and house sitter, and we couldn't recommend her more highly! We have two very large and rambunctious Labrador retrievers who require a lot of energy and patience, and Amber handles them with incredible skill and genuine affection. She not only manages their playful antics and exercise needs effortlessly but also ensures they are happy, well-fed, and following their usual routine, which is no small feat with two high-energy labs. It is such a relief to know our furry family members are in such capable and caring hands. Beyond her exceptional dog-sitting abilities, Amber is an incredibly responsible and trustworthy house sitter. Amber is amazing and so loving with our pups! We have an English Mastif , golden retriever,German shepherd and dachshund. She gives all of them so much love and attention . She goes above and beyond her duties to take care of the dogs to make sure they’re taken care of while we’re out of town . She always texts me cute pictures of them so sweet . Highly recommend

Schedule
Pet care is a natural and rewarding part of my daily routine. I'm a teacher currently on summer break, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility to give your pet the attention they deserve. My partner works remotely, so there's always someone home, and we don’t have any kids—just lots of love and space for animals! I've raised my own dog from a playful puppy to a sweet senior and recently lost him, so I truly understand the care and compassion pets need at every stage of life. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just some cuddles and companionship, your pup will feel right at home with us.
