Hello, I'm Amber. I would love an opportunity to take care of your dog or cat. With years of professional experience in the dog and cat boarding industry along with a lifetime of experience in my personal life, I am a great choice for when you need to know your pooch or kitta is getting the best care possible. My knowledge allows me to ensure that the needs any size, breed or temperament of dog or cat gets met. I was formally trained in animal behavior as well as in the administering of oral and topical medication. I have also administered insulin shots and subcutaneous fluids, so I am a good option if you have a pet with special needs. I have worked closely with veterinary clinics as well, and am well versed in the signs and symptoms of animals in distress. I also love to be "Aunty Amber" and make sure that your pet has a wonderful time with me, whether that means playtime, pets, or just quiet company. I will follow you instructions to a tee to ensure your pet is safe the entire time during our service. I take the trust clients place in me very seriously and will be respectful of your home, security, and privacy.

Amber was great with my kitties! I have two very shy babies who felt comfortable with her right away, which was such a relief! I tend to get anxious leaving for trips but was at ease seeing them warm up to her while I was gone. she sent detailed updates and lots of pics as well!
Amber was so helpful taking care of our cat for 2 weeks! She provided informative, fun updates and got our shy cat to warm up and play!
Amber and Digby seem to be hitting it off swimmingly! I love seeing the pictures of Digby’s doggy smile and of their walks.

Schedule
I have open availability with the of Tuesdays from 10 AM to 2 PM and Wednesdays from 10 AM to 5 PM. I do not provide services at locations where I do not have direct access to both the building entry and individual apartment entry with either a code, key, and/or key fob to get in both the primary entry of a building and the apartment unit. Depending on daily access through a leasing office, front desk, or having to use a call box and wait for a response is not options as some days I have a tight schedule some days and these things simply take too much time on my end. I am happy to pick up keys/key fob on the first and last day of a multi-day service, or to utilize key lock boxes.

- I have no breed preferences. I do like to know a dog's medical history if there are any issues, as well as if there are any behavior issues that I need to be aware of. If your dog is scared or uncomfortable of a certain thing or situation, I like to know.
