Before caring for any dog, I always like to learn about their unique personality and needs. Some of the most important things I ask include:
• Feeding schedule – what, when, and how much they eat
• Bathroom routine – how often they go out, and if they have any special potty cues
• Exercise level – how active they are, favorite activities, or walking preferences
• Health needs – medications, allergies, or mobility issues to be aware of
• Temperament – how they do with strangers, children, or other animals
• Comfort items – favorite toys, blankets, or routines that help them feel at home
• Rules & training – what’s allowed (couch, bed, etc.) and what behaviors you’re working on
This helps me make sure I’m keeping your pet comfortable, safe, and happy while following your exact preferences.
