A typical day
On warm weather days, I prioritize outdoor enrichment for your pet(s). On colder days, puzzle games and training sessions reign. Enrichment is not an option but the whole point!

Hello, I’m The Pet Advocate and I believe your dog (and all pets) deserve to be enriched, fulfilled, loved, and respected. My business model offers training-forward and enrichment-based pet care that is rooted in safety practices. This means that when hiring me, my focus is on the whole health picture of your pet, which includes trail walks, training sessions, enrichment games, & gentle touch ♥️ I enjoy sending detailed report cards straight to your phone that include pictures, and sometimes video, along with GPS tracked routes of our walks or hikes. I take pride in my work and aim to execute the highest levels and standards for care. Boarding Services: your dog or cat stays with me at my 4 acre mountain home in the Fairplay area. I meet my clients for pick up and drop off of their pets at a convenient, half-way point so that we all save on gas costs. Home Services: I move into your home to stay with your pets, leaving for up to a maximum of 6 hours per day.
