When I care for pets in their own home, I treat it with the same respect and attention I would expect for my own space. I understand that pets feel most comfortable in familiar surroundings, and my goal is always to keep their routine as consistent, calm, and comforting as possible. I take the time to learn each pet’s unique preferences, routines, and any special instructions — whether it’s how they like their food prepared, favorite hiding spots, or how to gently earn the trust of a shy cat or excitable pup. I make sure doors and gates are secure, clean up any messes, and always double-check that your pet is safe, fed, hydrated, and happy before I leave. I know how much trust it takes to let someone into your home to care for your beloved animals. As a caregiver and a mom, I take that responsibility very seriously. You can expect regular updates, clear communication, and the peace of mind that your pets — and your home — are in safe, loving hands.

We just LOVE Amber! My dogs have been extra hyper lately and she is so great with them! She comes every workday for drop-ins, and I really don't know what I would do without her! She's the best :)
Amber has been amazing with my little dogs Cora and Ruger! Ruger can be loud and Cora is shy and Amber is so good with them. They are happy every day when I get home. Amber is dependable and great with communication. I'm grateful that we have found her and hope she keeps coming for drop in visits!

Schedule
I’m available seven days a week for drop-in visits and pet check-ins — mornings before 8am, and evenings after 6pm. Short notice is usually okay.

- Before caring for your pet, I love to learn all the little details that help me provide the best possible care. Things that are especially helpful to know include: Daily routines (meal times, potty habits, favorite activities) Temperament and personality (shy, playful, anxious, cuddly, etc.) Any medical conditions or medications they’re taking Allergies, sensitivities, or special diet needs What they love — and what they don’t! (favorite toys, hiding spots, things that might scare them) House rules (are they allowed on furniture? Crate trained? Outdoor boundaries?) The more I know ahead of time, the more I can keep your pet’s day feeling normal, fun, and stress-free while you’re away. My goal is to make them feel safe, understood, and cared for — just like they would with you.
