Reliable, caring and active dog walker and sitter!
With 9 years of professional experience looking after both cats and dogs, I am able to cater to a number of different animals needs. In particular, I specialise in highly active, nervous and/or older pets. I also have experience working as a long-term live-in cat sitter for a family that frequently travelled overseas. Beyond work, I have also cared for my own dog since the age of 12 and have looked after the pets of my friends and family since a young age.

Safety, trust & environment
Having spent a lot of time caring for anxious and partially sighted animals, your pet's safety and comfort is of utmost importance to me. Whether your pet is a little timid or extra excitable, you can be sure that I will be attentive and patient at all times. If you have any specific requests regarding feeding, walking or crating etc., I am more than happy to accommodate as much as possible!

Highly recommend Amber! She walked my Border Collie with short notice and not having meet me or the dog before and she was amazing! Communication was clear and quick with updates through the walk. My dog was happy and enjoyed her time with Amber. Amber cared for her like her own, thank you so much ☺️
Amber did a terrific job in house sitting for my black labrador/ flat coat Reggie while I was away for three nights. She sent some lovely photos of Reg on walks and was unfailingly responsive and helpful. Reg is very happy and my flat looks cleaner and tidier than it did before I left. Highly recommended!

Schedule
As I am currently undertaking my PhD, I have good availability and flexibility during the week for pet sitting and dog walks (mornings, daytime and evenings). The only day I am unavailable is Thursdays due to prior pet sitting arrangements! I am also available for overnight sitting during the week and some weekends.

- As my own dog is now 15 years old and on medication himself, I completely understand how nerve-wracking it can be to leave dogs with special needs with sitters. I am also well aware that even the more confident dogs can have their little quirks. So please do let me know if there is anything I can do to help your dog feel comfortable and happy whilst in my care!
