I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I love walking dogs and taking them on hikes. I also love taking dogs on play dates and to the dog park! I often dog sit for friends and their families too.

I live in a pretty big apartment with a big deck. In my apartment complex are three different dog parks that are fenced. I also have two friendly dogs that can keep your dog company!! I am able to crate my dogs if needed, as well as have crates available to use for your dog if needed! I am very close to several areas to take dogs on walks, such as Quarry Hill and the Douglas Trail.

Amber had always been a fantastic dog walker and sitter for my dogs. She also has watched a few family friends dogs/cats in the past and that went well. I like that she is always flexible even with being busy in graduate school! She always makes it work.
Amber is my sister and has dog sat my two dogs the past 3 years. She is always flexible with her schedule and has the best time with my dogs! She also has two dogs of her own and loves them dearly!! She has trained her two dogs very well and knows how to engage with others dogs too!

Schedule
I am currently a graduate student and I am actually about to start clinicals at the end of September. My clinicals schedule will be Monday-Friday 7am-2:30pm. Therefore, my availability is 3-10pm during the weekdays and available all hours of the day/evening on weekends!

- Before caring for any pet, I like to learn as much as possible to make sure I can give them the best, most personalized care. It’s helpful to know their daily routine, including feeding times, potty schedules, and any specific habits they have. I also like to understand their energy level and temperament—whether they’re playful, shy, anxious, or reactive—so I can create a calm and positive environment for them. If your pet has any medical needs, allergies, or takes medication, I’ll make sure to follow all instructions carefully. I also appreciate knowing about any behavioral quirks, such as separation anxiety or leash reactivity, as well as what commands they know and respond to. Lastly, it’s always great to know their favorite toys, treats, and activities so I can help them feel happy, safe, and right at home.
