Pet care experience
Lots of time, space and love to dote on any dog!
I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life so have never been without them. Since leaving home and moving into my own place I have regularly cared for family members dogs including a Labrador, Lurcher (from puppies) and most recently a Shar Pei. We unfortunately lost our Shar Pei (Chase) in January which has left a massive hole in our lives. Chase was a senior rescue dog and he became a member of our family at 8 years old. Being a rescue he had complex needs and required a lot of attention, so this is something I have experience in. I currently don’t have any pets and don’t have children. I work from home which gives me the flexibility to care/walk a dog whenever best suits them.

Bear and Bonnie had a great stay with Amber. Bear in particular is very nervous but felt very much at home there, would strongly recommend
Amber was absolutely great with our black Lab, Frank. He clearly had a great time and was very tired from all of the walks she took him on. Would recommend her to anyone!
Zara had an excellent stay and loved it!! She immediately felt at home with Amber. Amber was brilliant as this was the first time we have left Zara with a sitter, and made us feel at ease with regular updates and meet and greet beforehand to reassure us.
Sully was looked after well by Amber, with walks, cuddles and love. Very relieved as he is 6yr old Cockapoo and never been left with anyone before. Thank you Amber 💕
Amber was so helpful throughout the whole process! From sending the request to meeting my dog before the day! She also sent my pictures and updates throughout the day. Amber is trustworthy and my mind was at ease knowing my dog was happy and cared for!
Amber is truly lovely and seemed to get on great with Ahsoka. I would absolutely love to have them spend time together again and I am so happy and grateful for everything. Thank you so much for looking after our tiny tank girl!

Schedule
I work from home so could spend all day with a dog. My work is quite flexible so I am able to walk them in the morning, at lunch and in the evening if required. The only time I’m away from home is when I go to the gym which is usually around 6pm to 8pm (this could be worked around if needed).

Safety, trust & environment
I don’t have any other pets or children, so if a dog doesn’t do well with children/other pets this wouldn’t be an issue. I have a small backyard that can be secured for when a dog needs letting out. Dogs could be walked up to 3 times a day if needed and we have plenty of countryside/places in the area for nice walks.
A typical day
I’m happy to do whatever activities your dogs enjoy whether that be having snuggles on the settee, going for long walks or playing with toys. I will just be happy for the company!
