A typical day
Going on walks (especially to dog parks with beaches) are my favorite things to do already even though I don’t have a dog of my own. Any pets that have the ability to play with frisbees, balls, obstacles will be something I will definitely want to explore.

I am a graduated student from the University of Washington-Seattle with a Bachelor’s in Biology-Physiology. Prior to attending UW, I’ve cared for family pets (cats, dogs, birds, snakes, ferrets, rabbits, sugar gliders, fish, Guinea pigs, hamsters, monkeys, et cetera), which has only broadened my love for animals and understanding their biology. My experience as a veterinary assistant has deepened my knowledge with dogs and cats in regards to injections (sub-q, intramuscular, intravenous, depo-medrol, cytopoint, insulin, Adequan, subcutaneous fluids, et cetera), medications, and behavior. My partner also is frequently with me when taking care of pets and is available for house sitting pets that are usually more north of Seattle.

She was great! The pets loved her and she sent us a lot of great pictures. She took wonderful care of our house as well.
Amber was super communicative, and I felt more than comfortable leaving our cats in her care :) she left our apartment spotless, and the kitties were perfectly happy when we got home. I'd happily have Amber watch our pets again!
