**FOR BOARDING AND DAY CARE I DO NOT ACCEPT DOGS OVER 30IBS** ***IMPORTANT INFO*** In the spirit of transparency I would like to cover a few things that are mentioned in services but can be hard to find! Non-Negotiables: • I DO NOT OFFER DOG WALKS IN STORMS OF ANY KIND. (Including but not limited to Snow, rain, hail) I will not jeopardize my safety to walk on slippery surfaces. If this occurs during your scheduled visit I will try to reschedule it FIRST. • BE RESPECTFUL‼️ This platform only works when mutual respect is present. I would never ever intentionally disrespect you or your home and the same is expected. • FOR DROP INS OR WALKS I cannot control weather or traffic conditions and therefore timing MUST offer some level of flexibility. A one to two hour would be preferred. If there is no flexibility, please state that at time of booking so we can discuss if we are in fact, a good match. •Extended stay rate- (When a stay is 4 nights or longer) $75 per night for the first dog and $50 for EACH additional dog Feb 1st-May 24th 2023 and back up to my normal rate $65 per additional dog until the 1/25/2024 - ADDITIONAL DOG RATE IS $28 for 3 NIGHTS OR LESS AND WILL BE MODIFIED AT BOOKING •EACH animal in the home, under my care, needs to be placed on the stay. Having 3 animals but being charged for one doesn’t cheat Rover, it cheats me. You will be charged appropriately. •ALL in-person Meet and Greets REQUIRE a $10 deposit paid PRIOR to. BUT I will take $20 off of a booked stay! This is because using my resources to commute to you and then not being worked with, was essentially a waste for me. ALL PHONE AND VIDEO MEET AND GREETS ARE FREE •I DO NOT PRICE MATCH OR COMPETE. Rover has a host of wonderful sitters if we are not the best fit. ☺️ •Due to a few stays, there is a now a $90 non-refundable cleaning fee if I have to clean your toilet or area I will be sleeping. Ex: the bathroom is clean, but the outer bowl that my legs touch is filthy. That counts as UNCLEAN. Would you want to find/use a toilet that has pubic hair, feces, and/or urine on or around the perimeter of any part? Especially in an environment where you are to be hosted?? No! I’m not picky and I understand that this is your home!! But please leave these spaces in a manner that you would appreciate in a new environment! ❤️ I will provide pictures if this arises. •ALL cameras need to be announced‼️ •PLEASE NOTE, FOR HOUSESITTING, ANY CAMERAS IN COMMON AREAS WILL BE EITHER TURNED AROUND OR UNPLUGGED. This is a safety measure for myself and honestly, being under constant surveillance is CREEPY! Chances are you wouldn’t like that either. If this is a trust concern remember, I too am trusting you to not have rodents, bedbugs or pest infestations of any kind, hidden cameras in bathrooms(or anywhere), or strangers entering the home without informing me… to name a few. •IF SOMEONE ENTERS THE HOME DURING HOUSESITTING (Meaning they have their own method of entry) and they weren’t announced, YOU IMMEDIATELY FORFEIT YOUR STAY WITHOUT REFUND. I can not trust that my safety is a priority at that point. I will not stay where I don’t feel safe‼️ •If house sitting, I will need to see the home prior to the stay. If the stay has already been booked the deposit does NOT apply! *SAME DAY BOOKINGS* A.K.A. Stays set to begin within 12 hrs of being booked: Because I understand life happens, I will do everything in my power to ease your mind about your dogs safety and comfort as quickly as possible. That said, please allow at least an 2-3 hour window after making the request, to allow for a successful meet and greet (not required) and drop off (or pick up, a service I do provide for your convenience) How vocal is your pup? Keeping in mind that I live in an apartment, if your baby expresses themselves with every person/sound they hear, then my home may not be the most suitable. ***HOUSE SITTING*** First, allow me to thank you for even considering me when it comes to being in your most sacred space tending to your loved one. I do not take this lightly. I know that as busy pet parents we do everything we can to make sure we keep an eye on our babies as much as possible, sometimes including the use of pet cameras. For safety and privacy concerns please let me know if any cameras are in use. I will honor and respect your space, leaving things where I found them and staying only in the designated areas. No snooping here! That said, if you'd like your dishes done, garbage taken out, or mail picked up. Just let me know! I'd be more than happy to oblige. I mean, I'm there right? Why not?!? Is your dog used to being able to run outside for hours on end due to a fenced backyard or extended walks? I will be more than happy to accommodate, there may however be an additional fee for extended outdoor time (more than one hour during a four hour period) especially during months of October - April. ❄️☃️⛄
