Hi! I'm a local wildlife rehabilitator who started caring for animals decades ago as a dog and cat foster. Now, I've got hands on experience with animals of all kinds, including farm friends, reptiles, birds, rodents, even lemurs! My availability is mostly open, especially if you live nearby. I understand each pet and their family have unique needs, and I am happy to work with you too create the perfect care for your pets. I offer drop in service as well as sitting in your home and walks. I also offer treats with approval, and am able to administer a variety of medications as needed.

Great first time experience with Amber and her family. They are a definite add to our very small network of dog sitters for our special needs and senior dog, Buster. The whole thing felt great from the meet n greet two days before, and through the daycare. Amber and her family are definitely in-tune with animals in general, and she was with our pup. Thank you! Let the kids know that we will bring him back soon!

I have known Amber since we were teens. Even then her love for animals was not only apparent, but exceptional. As an adult I have seen her love for animals take her on a journey that includes caring for wildlife that need rehabilitation, as well as being an advocate for the safety of her neighborhood ducks, geese, cranes, and more. Amber treats all animals with kindness and respect, this is why I know she will be an amazing dog caregiver. She is compassionate, reliable, and beyond trustworthy.
