Hi there! I’m currently on maternity leave and looking to ease back into something I love—spending time with animals. I’ve always had a deep love for animals and truly believe they deserve the same care and attention we give our families. Being on maternity leave has given me the time and flexibility to open up my home to other people’s pets, and I’d be honoured to care for yours like one of my own. With a large fenced yard, a beautiful walking path nearby, and a cozy, pet-friendly home, your dog will feel safe, happy, and loved during their stay. With a flexible schedule and a calm environment, I can offer a cozy, safe space where your pet will feel right at home. I have a large, fully fenced yard that’s perfect for playtime, plus a beautiful walking trail and off leash dog park located right behind my house where we can spend lots of time exploring. I’m currently accepting small to medium-sized dogs and would love to give your pup a comfortable, fun place to stay while you’re away! Please note: there is a baby in the home, along with our friendly Malamute-Husky mix, Jasper, and our cat, Nixon. All pets in the house are well-socialized and used to being around other animals.

Amber was so great with our dog while we were away. My elderly parents were dog watching her for us, but she has so much energy and can be hard to leash walk, so having Amber walk her once a day was ideal! I appreciated the meet & greet, and the status updates and pictures from Amber. Our dog was as clearly happy with her daily walks and it tired her out so my parents could handle her.
Amber did an amazing job walking my golden retriever! She was reliable, caring and clearly loves dogs. She was also very accommodating with a last minute booking which I really appreciated. She took photos during the walk and gave me an update after which gave me a peace of mind. Highly recommend her!
