Outdoorsy Animal Lover
I grew up working on a farm where we had chickens, goats, pigs, horses, peacocks, an iguana, cats, and even a donkey named Jenny! I've always been protective and enthusiastic when it comes to all kinds of creatures and find so much joy in spending time with them. I have a Golden Retriever/Australian Shepherd mix named Kenai and he is my best friend. We like to go running out in the mountains and put the hammock up and nap in the trees. If you love your pet as much as I do, then I am certainly a great match for you! I live an active lifestyle so your pet will definitely get enough play out of our visits. I look forward to meeting your loved ones.

We were visiting Lassen and looking for someone to watch our pups while we hiked the National park for the day. Amber was incredible. She went above and beyond to meet us on the other side of the park to pick up our pups and met us at the other end that evening to maximize the one day we had there. One of our pups was going through some anxiety issues at the time as well and was very hesitant around new people, but not Amber! She went right up to her, happy as could be and seemed to have a fabulous day with Amber and her family. Thank you VERY much for your great care of our pups and accommodations in pick up and drop off. What a fabulous experience knowing they were in great hands while we enjoyed the park. Thank you!!
Amber is so sweet and shared lots of updates and photos during our dog’s stay. Super convenient location near the northern entrance to Lassen if you want to leave your dog while you hike.
