Nomadic Travel Writing Pet Sitter
I grew up in a household full of pets, sometimes as many as 4 cats, a litter of kittens, and a dog all at once. I currently live a nomadic life (freelance travel writer) and can't have pets of my own at the moment, so I've turned to pet sitting as a solution for now. This past year, I've done pet-sitting jobs all over Europe for cats, dogs, and even bunnies and have only five-star reviews over on TrustedHousesitters. I'm someone who is calm and gentle by nature, a bit of a homebody when not traveling, and full of love for any creature under my care. I'm also extremely responsible and will take care of your pets and home as if they were my own. Also, you can count on me to be in touch with updates and photos of your pets while you're away.

I'll follow your instructions for your pet to a tee. If they aren't allowed on the couch/bed or in a certain room, I'll make sure that's how it continues on my watch.

Amber was amazing. Our dogs love her.
Amber was wonderful! She was available when we needed her, and so thankful! She was fantastic with keeping us posted each day, pics included, which we really looked forward to receiving. Nice to have our pup well loved, properly cared for, and house respected. Our pup adores her!
Amber was great at communicating from the very start. She respected our home and most importantly our dogs. I knew they were in good hands after our first meeting. I recommend hiring Amber and hope to partner up again in the future.
Amber house sat for me for a few days and took great care of my springer spaniel. She was the perfect sitter. Very trustworthy, helpful, friendly and my dog absolutely loved her and is probably still missing her! I loved receiving Amber’s updates and chat whilst I was away because I didn’t have to worry about anything and also made a friend. I came home to a happy, healthy dog and a house that was so tidy and clean that it looked like nobody had been there! Thank you so much Amber and hope to see you again.
Amber was a delightful sitter. She was cheerful & friendly from the start. She gave us regular updates about & photos of Fish our cat. We were able to hear about her week on our return & get a proper 'pet handover'. Our house was immaculate also, which is always appreciated returning from time away. We would thoroughly recommend her to anyone.
Amber did a house sit for me and she was great! I had the pleasure of meeting her briefly in person. She did a great job caring for my dog Raymond. She checked in regularly with updates, had great communication overall, and left the place clean and tidy. I highly recommend her stay!

I work remotely so I am extremely flexible and can pretty much make any schedule work and can be available whenever needed with about a two-day heads up.
