My cat has never been as affectionate and comfortable with any other sitter as she was with Amber. It was amazing to see how much my cat immediately trusted her! Additionally, I had a home emergency while I was out that Amber helped me handle. She's really great at her job?
Caring and conscientious with my cats
Amber was an incredible dogsitter for our furbaby during our nearly two‑week trip. From the very beginning, she was communicative and welcoming; she even invited us to meet her and her sweet pup at her home so we could see how everyone got along. Throughout the stay, she sent us daily photos and updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. She made sure our pup received her daily medications and kept her walk schedule consistent. When our flight was unexpectedly rescheduled, Amber was flexible and kindly added an extra day without any issue. We felt completely at ease knowing our furbaby was in such caring and capable hands. Thank you, Amber, for taking such wonderful care of her.
Amber did a great job. I came home to a happy and healthy cat. My kitty is so 🙈 shy. She loves and appreciates everything that Amber does for her while I am out of town.

I focus a lot on creating a calm, secure environment where pets feel safe and can relax. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and follow all instructions closely to keep things consistent and low stress. In my home, I make sure the space is clean, pet safe, and set up so each pet has room to settle in comfortably. I’m very mindful of things like secure doors, safe interactions, and keeping a close eye on behavior to prevent any issues before they happen. Building trust is a big part of my approach, both with pets and their owners, so I prioritize clear communication and dependable care throughout the stay.

A typical day
I like to tailor activities to each pet’s personality. For more active pets, that might be walks, playtime, or games that keep them engaged. For calmer or shy pets, it’s more about gentle interaction, cozy time, and letting them come out of their shell at their own pace. I try to make sure they’re not just cared for, but actually enjoying their time.
