Hello! My name is Amber and I am studying Veterinary Science at the University of Arizona. I would love to care for your pets while I am visiting home in Chandler during breaks. My parents have been sitters on Rover since I was 8 years old, so I have been around dogs and cats for most of my life. I have always been involved with feeding, walking, supervising, and interacting with the pets my family has watched. I have had dogs, cats, fish, and birds as pets. I have also cared for a few reptiles. In total, I have helped care for over 400 dogs, as well as many cats. I have shadowed at veterinary clinics, where I helped to take care of both dogs and cats. I have also fostered kittens and volunteered at animal shelters. I am comfortable with administering medications to pets, including shots. As an aspiring veterinarian, I am very passionate about making sure that animals in my care are always healthy, happy, and safe.
