I always take the time to get to know each pet's individual needs, including their feeding schedule, exercise routine, medication requirements, and any special preferences. I provide plenty of love, attention, playtime, and companionship to help your pets feel relaxed and comfortable while you're away. As a Veterinary Nursing student with experience working in a veterinary emergency hospital, I'm confident caring for pets of all ages, breeds, and needs, and I'm able to recognise if something isn't quite right. When caring for pets in your home, I treat both your pets and your property with the utmost respect, keeping you updated with regular messages and photos for peace of mind. My goal is to ensure your pets feel safe, loved, and cared for as if they were my own. 🐾

A typical day
A typical day with me is tailored to your pet's needs and routine. For dogs, this includes walks, playtime, plenty of fuss and attention, enrichment activities, and lots of cuddles. I always carry a bag of treats with me (with owner permission!) for positive reinforcement, training, and rewarding good behaviour. For cats, I make sure they have plenty of company, play sessions, and affection on their terms, as well as keeping their feeding and litter routines consistent. I love spending quality time with animals and making sure they feel happy, comfortable, and cared for while you're away. I also enjoy sending regular updates and photos so you can see what your pet has been up to and have complete peace of mind.

What sets me apart is my combination of hands-on pet care experience and professional veterinary training. I have my own two dogs, and my boyfriend has four, so I’m very comfortable caring for multiple dogs with different personalities, routines, and needs. I’m currently studying for a Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Nursing, which means I’m constantly expanding my knowledge of animal health, behaviour, and wellbeing. I’ve also completed my placement year in a veterinary emergency hospital, where I cared for hundreds of cats and dogs of all ages, breeds, and medical needs. This experience has given me the confidence to recognise signs of illness, provide attentive care, and handle pets that may need extra support. Alongside my studies, I’ve provided pet sitting and dog walking services for several owners, including staying in clients’ homes to ensure their pets remain comfortable and settled in their usual environment. Above all, I genuinely love animals and treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m reliable, caring, and have my own car, allowing me to travel and provide flexible care in your local area.

Amber is an extremely and responsible pet caregiver. She demonstrates this by not only caring for her own dogs, Robbie and Bella, also my own dogs. I have 4 Labradors and she treats them like her own and they’re all always really happy to see her. Amber has looked after them on multiple occasions and they’re always well cared for. They’re always fed on time and she goes above and beyond to take them on nice walks and making sure they’re happy. Additionally, she is training to be a vet nurse which shows she really cares for animals. As part of her training she has to undertake work experience, she looked after the sick animals and made sure they were never on their own.
