When boarding with me your dog will become part of our family and be cared for as if they were my own. I provide a genuine home-from-home boarding experience where every dog receives individual care and plenty of affection. I am a fully licensed and insured home dog boarder with many years of hands-on animal care experience. Prior to dog boarding I worked as a veterinary nurse and owned my own dog, giving me valuable knowledge of canine health, behaviour and welfare. Animals have always been at the heart of my life, and caring for them is something I am truly passionate about. To ensure every dog receives the highest level of care and attention, I intentionally keep my numbers low. Although I am licensed to board up to three dogs, I generally care for no more than two at a time. This allows me to provide each guest with plenty of one-to-one attention and maintain a calm, relaxed environment. My home has a secure, fully enclosed grass garden where dogs can safely play, relax and explore. I am also fortunate to be surrounded by beautiful woodland walks and open countryside, giving dogs plenty of opportunities for enjoyable walks, sniffing adventures and mental stimulation. As a family home, your dog will enjoy lots of companionship throughout the day. My children absolutely love animals and enjoy spending time playing, cuddling and giving our canine guests plenty of affection. Every interaction is carefully supervised, creating a safe, loving environment where dogs quickly feel at home. I understand that every dog is unique, so I take time to learn about their personality, routine and individual needs. Whether they enjoy long countryside walks, playing games, relaxing or simply being close to people, I will do my best to mirror the routine they are used to at home. Thanks to my veterinary nursing background, I am confident administering prescribed medications where required and providing extra support for dogs with additional care needs. For complete peace of mind, I provide daily updates, along with plenty of photos and videos, so you can enjoy seeing your dog happy, relaxed and enjoying their own holiday while you’re away. Before every booking, I offer a complimentary meet and greet. Following this we would complete an overnight trial at the cost of an overnight stay. This gives you the opportunity to visit our home, ask any questions, and allows us to make sure your dog feels comfortable before their stay. Whether your dog is joining me for one night, a weekend away or a longer holiday, you can relax knowing they will receive professional, loving care in a safe, licensed and fully insured family home.
